FOOD: We ordered the beef plate, chicken plate, and the hummus. I enjoyed the beef, chicken and the rice but not the hummus... it was dry. For all those who eat well-done, the Beef was cooked at medium temp so make sure to check it out.
PRICE: It was $16.30 for the beef plate, hummus, and tea. But I do think they could add more meat to the plate.
PLACE: I was surprised to find out it was more cafeteria-like setting than a table service restaurant but I got my food right away and enjoyed the outside dining.

I’ve been waiting for Guam to be graced with a Greek/Mediterranean restaurant and was pleasantly surprised that a joint such as this popped up in Tumon. Sure, we have other restaurants that serve up some Greek cuisine amidst the typical American bites, but from my perspective, this is the first place to bring some authenticity to the island table. The place is quaint and has a breezy patio to enjoy the cool evening breeze. The staff were friendly and quick to give suggestions to ensure our first Dr. Kabob order met our cravings. I went with the chicken platter, which came with pita bread, saffron rice and a stuffed tomato. I also ordered some kind of bean soup (can’t remember the name) so I could have a nice variety from the menu. I’m certainly not a bean fanatic, but I appreciated this soup and can imagine that someone else might consider it excellent. The humus was flavorful, but the consistency left much to be desired. And the guy taking our order used his hands to serve the pita. What’s up with that? Would I come back? Yes, after they’ve had some time to iron out the kinks. I give Dr. Kabob a [B] rating. ~ La-Di Da-Di
